Upon check-in, we encountered a room issue and had to choose between a new room or a sister hotel, leading to a rocky start to our stay. The alternative room had a musty odor and only featured a hideaway bed, so we had to request a rollaway that provided little comfort. Housekeeping entered too early on multiple occasions, catching us off guard, which could be quite inconvenient. Also, finding a few roaches in the room was unsettling despite the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

We had such a great time! The breakfast was delicious with fresh pancakes and sausage, and I loved the cozy courtyard with the beautiful pool. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable!

I had a wonderful stay with my family at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like we were at home. The location was great for exploring local shopping and dining options, and the room was spacious with excellent amenities. However, I think the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, as I would have preferred more fresh items.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We explored the wetlands on a tour boat, spotting gators and turtles, then enjoyed the WWII Museum. The location was perfect with a great breakfast and a lovely pool for relaxing. Highly recommend checking the pool hours for a more peaceful experience.

Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working during our stay, which was a major letdown for us and wasn't compensated.

my stay at best western was fantastic. the king room with mobility accessible bathtub was perfect for my needs. the location was really convenient for getting to the places i needed to go. i loved having access to the on-site fitness room and the relaxing spa bath. it felt great to unwind after a long day.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was really comfy and clean. The beds were super soft, and there were plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked like a charm, especially in the New Orleans heat. The room had all the basics—microwave and fridge included, which was nice. Only downside was a bit of noise from the pool area, but it wasn't too bothersome.

The room was spacious with comfy beds, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge. The outside courtyard had a beautiful pool and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast included tasty options like fresh pastries and coffee. There were clean restrooms in the courtyard. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Great stay with a hiccup

I stayed 6 nights in a queen room with two beds. The breakfast was awesome, tons of choices, and the pool area was super relaxing. Just had a rough interaction with a guy named Barry at the front desk who was really rude. But the other staff were great! One night, we grabbed some snacks at the lounge, and it was perfect.

The stay was pleasant, especially with how clean everything was and the breakfast options were plentiful and tasty! It was also nice to have access to the pool area for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions. However, I did have some connectivity issues with the WiFi during my stay. Despite that, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I will definitely consider returning.
